Matthew Weiser

Matt's practice includes advising companies and individuals on privacy compliance, employment matters, and trademark disputes. Matt also provides general commercial advice — including regulatory compliance and risk management — to a variety of businesses, and advises clients on pre-litigation disputes.

Matt began his legal career in the Litigation Department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP with a focus on securities, white collar, intellectual property, complex commercial, employment, and antitrust matters.

Prior to joining KFL, Matt also practiced at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, where he handled defamation, employment, environmental, real estate, and contractual matters.
