Michael Greenblatt

Michael is an associate at KFL.

Michael works closely with entrepreneurs, founders, companies, and venture
funds - many of whom are building projects on the blockchain or providing
services to the Web3 ecosystem - on a broad range of corporate matters.

Michael regularly advises his clients in connection with their strategic
transactions, including the negotiation and structuring of acquisitions,
sales, and investments. Michael also serves as external general counsel to
emerging companies, providing guidance on entity formation, corporate
governance, capital raises, and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining KFL, Michael worked as an associate in the corporate group
of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C., where he served as counsel to
companies throughout their growth cycle. He has also advised private equity
funds and financial institutions in relation to financial restructuring and
special situations. Most recently, Michael served as corporate counsel for a
fintech company in the crypto sector.
